Alba started Golden Touch with a simple conviction: that a cleaning service should treat every home the way she'd treat her own. No rushed visits, no rotating strangers, no corners cut where clients can't see. What began with a handful of homes has grown — client by client, referral by referral — into a trusted service across Charlotte, Lake Norman, and the surrounding towns.

As a home-based, service-area business, we don't have a storefront — and that's on purpose. Every dollar goes into what actually matters to you: quality supplies and equipment, full licensing and insurance with a $2 million liability policy, and the time to do each job right. When you call, you talk to Alba — not a call center.

We're proudly bilingual and serve our community in both English and Spanish. Whether it's a weekly house clean in Matthews, an Airbnb turnover on Lake Norman, or a dental office in Huntersville, the standard is the same: we don't leave until it's right.
